Qualifications requises :
Formation / Diplômes
Diplôme universitaire en Informatique, Santé numérique, Statistique ou domaine apparenté.
Minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans la gestion des systèmes d’information sanitaire. Compétences techniques :
Maîtrise des outils de collecte (KoboToolbox, ODK Collect, SurveyCTO).
Connaissance des bases de données (SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL) et des systèmes de santé numérique (DHIS2, DHIS2 Tracker, eIDSR, EWARS).
Compétences en système d’information géographique et cartographie (QGIS, ArcGIS) et visualisation (Power BI). Compétences personnelles :
Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution rapide de problèmes techniques.
Aptitudes pour la rédaction de rapports, la collecte et l’analyse de données.
Compétences de facilitation, de communication orale et écrite.
Expérience
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience. Une expérience en contexte d’urgence sanitaire ou de réponse aux épidémies constitue un atout majeur.
