We are looking for a smart, organized and proactive Human Resource Officer to help build and manage our growing team. POSITION: Human Resource (HR) Officer Key Responsibilities

• Recruit technicians, apprentices and office staff
• Manage staff records and employment contracts
• Create HR policies and staff handbook
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and discipline
• Handle staff onboarding and training coordination
• Manage leave schedules and performance reviews
• Support payroll preparation and staff welfare
• Ensure staff follow company rules and procedures

💼 Expérience

Qualification Required & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Admin or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years HR/Admin experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

🎓 Formation / Diplômes

• Ability to handle confidential information
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Docs
