Talentops: Piloter les projets de recrutement de A à Z (calibration ,sourcing et entretiens) Recops: amélioration continues des sujet de recrutement, tech et product Les indispensables : 2 ans et plus d'expérience dans le RECRUTEMENT et/ou SALES (environnement TECH/IT/ESN/CABINET) Maîtrise d'une logique booléène et agentique du recrutement (Linkedin et les autres ne sont que des outils) Une bonne dose d'autonomie et le sens de l'organisation L'envie de proposer des idées (même celles qui semblent un peu folles au début) Les petits bonus qui nous feront craquer : Bilingue: capable de switcher de fuseau horaire et d'accent car on va déranger les australien à l'heure new-yorkaise Tu as déjà fait du Sales/BD/AM/CSM Tu manies l'humour aussi bien qu'un ATS ou un API recrutement Tu sais dire "je ne sais pas" et aller chercher la réponse On a plus de chance de te
