Le Programme Alimentaire Mondial (WFP) recrute un Programme Policy Officer specialise en technologies agroalimentaires, gestion des pertes post-recolte et controle qualite. Le poste est base a Dakar, au Senegal, pour une duree de contrat de 12 mois, avec une prise de fonction prevue en octobre 2026.
Le titulaire du poste contribuera au renforcement des strategies de fortification alimentaire et veillera a la disponibilite d'aliments enrichis de haute qualite pour les programmes soutenus par le WFP au Senegal. Il aura pour mission de developper les capacites des acteurs publics et prives impliques dans la production et la fortification alimentaires, de promouvoir des technologies de production durables et de garantir le respect des normes de securite sanitaire et de qualite des aliments.

Le candidat doit etre titulaire d'un diplome universitaire en agronomie, agroalimentaire, nutrition ou dans un domaine connexe. Une experience d'au moins deux ans dans le suivi et l'evaluation de projets agroalimentaires est exigee. Le poste requiert une connaissance des strategies de fortification alimentaire et des normes de securite sanitaire des aliments, ainsi qu'une expertise en reduction des pertes post-recolte et en controle qualite des cereales.
Le candidat doit disposer de solides competences en communication pour la redaction de rapports techniques et l'engagement des parties prenantes. Il doit egalement etre capable de travailler au sein d'equipes multiculturelles et de collaborer avec des acteurs varies, et etre dispose a effectuer des deplacements frequents dans les zones d'intervention du projet.
