Présentation du poste
Le Bureau de Coordination des Affaires Humanitaires (OCHA) fait partie du Secrétariat Général des Nations Unies et répond au Secrétaire Général Adjoint chargé des Affaires Humanitaires. En République Démocratique du Congo, OCHA a le mandat de la coordination inter-agences de l’assistance humanitaire dans des contextes d’urgence complexe ou de désastre naturel, en soutien au Coordonnateur Humanitaire des Nations Unies.
Responsabilités
OCHA a la responsabilité spécifique dans la dissémination de l’information destinée à la communauté humanitaire, au Gouvernement de la République Démocratique du Congo et aux bailleurs de fonds, ainsi que dans le soutien aux efforts de mobilisation des ressources. Dans sa structure opérationnelle, le bureau de OCHA comprend un Bureau national à Kinshasa et des Sous bureaux de terrain. Le Groupe de travail sur l’assistance monétaire (CWG) est basé à Goma et possède des structures déconcentrées au niveau provincial (Tanganyika, Nord-Kivu, Sud-Kivu, Ituri). Ce poste est situé au Bureau de la Coordination des Affaires Humanitaires (OCHA) en RDC à Goma au sein de l’unité de gestion de l’information. Le (la) Chargé (e) de la Gestion de l’Information Assistant (e) est sous la supervision directe du Chef de l’Unité Gestion de l’Information. Il fournira un appui technique dans la collecte, le traitement, conformément aux directives du Comité Permanent Inter Agences (IASC) aux clusters et groupes thématiques et plus spécifiquement au groupe de travail CASH pour faciliter l’échange d’informations sur les transferts monétaires humanitaires et renseigner la réponse basée sur les transferts monétaires en RDC aux niveaux national et provincial.
