COFINA Burkina renforce son équipe et recrute deux (02) Contrôleurs Permanents et Risques Opérationnels (H/F). Les postes sont basés à Ouagadougou et Bobo-Dioulasso.
Votre mission consistera à réaliser les contrôles permanents de second niveau, à vérifier la conformité des opérations et à piloter la maîtrise des risques opérationnels de la filiale.

Formation : Bac+3/4 en Droit, Commerce, Économie (ou équivalent).
Expérience : 3 à 6 ans en banque, audit, contrôle ou gestion au sein d'une institution financière (Banque/Microfinance).
Atouts : intégrité, rigueur, flexibilité et forte capacité d'analyse du terrain.
