We are looking for a motivated Graduate Intern to join our team and assist with our recruitment processes. What will your role be? Responsible for supporting the recruitment team with a primary focus on ensuring that reference checks are conducted accurately and on time. In addition, shall support the Recruitment Team with other HR functions in the management of the Human Resource Department of the institution MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure all candidate references are thoroughly checked and documented promptly. Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates regarding the status of their reference checks. Accurately record and manage reference check data in the recruitment system.
