Sa mission consiste à assurer le recouvrement des prêts échus dans les délais et à réduire les pertes de crédit de l'organisation, en mettant en œuvre des stratégies efficaces de recouvrement de créances, en préservant des relations clients positives et en garantissant le respect des politiques internes et des exigences réglementaires.
Responsabilités principales
Surveiller les échéanciers de remboursement des prêts et identifier les comptes en retard.
