Helen Keller Intl recrute un Officer, Program Delivery (Recherche SVA) à Kinshasa, en République démocratique du Congo. Le poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un contrat à durée déterminée d'un an, renouvelable.
Objet du recrutement
Le recrutement d'un Officer Program Delivery vise à coordonner les activités de recherche et d'apprentissage qui soutiennent le programme national de Supplémentation en Vitamine A (SVA) en RDC.
Le candidat ou la candidate doit être titulaire au minimum d'une licence (Bachelor's degree) en santé publique, épidémiologie, statistiques, sciences sociales ou dans une discipline équivalente.
Compétences techniques
Une bonne connaissance des programmes de supplémentation en vitamine A, de nutrition ou de santé maternelle et infantile est attendue. Le poste exige également une expérience avérée dans la rédaction d'articles scientifiques et de rapports techniques, ainsi qu'une maîtrise des outils d'analyse statistique tels que STATA, R, SPSS et NVivo.
Compétences personnelles
Le
suppose une capacité à bâtir la confiance en tenant ses engagements, à résoudre les défis méthodologiques et opérationnels avec un haut niveau d'autonomie, et à communiquer de manière excellente.
Expérience demandée
Le poste requiert au moins 4 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans la conception et la mise en œuvre d'activités de recherche ou d'évaluation. Une excellente maîtrise du français et une bonne maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais sont indispensables.
