Poste : Responsable Atelier ACFI recrute un Responsable Atelier chargé de piloter la fabrication mécanique et d’assurer le respect des délais, qualité et productivité. Missions principales : • Organisation et supervision de l’atelier (soudure, assemblage, fabrication) • Planification de la production selon les projets • Gestion des équipes (soudeurs, monteurs, techniciens) • Contrôle qualité des fabrications • Appui à la conception (CAO) • Lecture et validation des plans • Suivi des délais et optimisation des ressources • Gestion des besoins en matériel et consommables Profil recherché : • Technicien confirmé ou Ingénieur en mécanique • Expérience solide en fabrication métallique / mécanique • Maîtrise de la lecture de plans (obligatoire) • Compétences obligatoires en CAO (SolidWorks, Inventor ou équivalent) • Bonne connaissance des procédés de fabrication (soudure, découpe, assemblage) • Expérience en gestion d’équipe atelier • Expérience en fabrication de machines agricoles (un atout) Qualités attendues : • Leadership terrain • Rigueur et sens de l’organisation • Réactivité et capacité à gérer la pression • Esprit pratique et orienté résultats Conditions : • Type de contrat : (à définir) • Rémunération : selon profil //
