Superviser les opérations et les installations quotidiennes du centre.
Diriger et soutenir l'équipe du centre.
Gérer les fournisseurs et les prestataires de services.
Stimuler l'engagement des membres, le taux d'occupation et les renouvellements.
Suivre les indicateurs clés de performance du centre et assumer la responsabilité de la performance du compte de résultat.
Favoriser une communauté accueillante et garantir une expérience membre fluide.
