Tier 0 : personnel du PNUD, de l'UNCDF ou de l'UNV titulaire d'un engagement permanent (PA) ou à durée déterminée (FTA), dont le poste sera supprimé, ou dont le contrat sera résilié ou non renouvelé en 2026.
Tier 1 : autres membres du personnel du PNUD, de l'UNCDF ou de l'UNV titulaires d'un engagement permanent (PA) ou à durée déterminée (FTA).
Tier 2 : membres du personnel du PNUD, de l'UNCDF ou de l'UNV titulaires d'un engagement temporaire (TA), personnel sous contrat PSA régulier, ainsi que les Volontaires des Nations Unies de catégorie Expert et Spécialiste.
Tier 3 ou aucun palier indiqué : tous les autres types de contrats du PNUD, de l'UNCDF ou de l'UNV et d'autres agences, ainsi que les autres candidats externes.
