Une société immobilière recherche des Conseillers commerciaux pour renforcer sa force de vente.
Sous la supervision du Responsable Commercial, le titulaire du poste aura pour responsabilité principale d'assurer la promotion et la vente des produits auprès des entreprises et des particuliers, dans le respect de la stratégie commerciale définie par la Direction.
Les
incluent : contribuer au développement du chiffre d'affaires, veiller tant à la fidélisation client qu'à la prospection de nouveaux marchés, faire la promotion de nouveaux produits en créant le besoin auprès des clients potentiels, collaborer à la conception et à la réalisation d'actions commerciales, et effectuer le reporting de son activité.
Le candidat devra également exécuter toutes autres tâches ponctuelles en conformité avec la fonction, à la demande de la hiérarchie.
En termes d'expérience, il est demandé d'avoir une expérience commerciale dans le secteur de l'immobilier, un sens aigu de la négociation et de la vente, savoir écouter et encourager son interlocuteur à exprimer ses attentes pour évaluer ses besoins, aimer le travail sur le terrain et le
