Qualifications requises : Diplôme en ingénierie hydraulique, génie civil, construction, santé publique ou domaine connexe.
Expérience
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral). Connaissance des normes Sphere, des exigences minimales EAH et des directives du Cluster Abris. Maîtrise d’AutoCAD ou logiciels de dessin technique similaires. Expérience avec les principaux bailleurs (BHA, ECHO, HCR, FCDO, Union européenne).
Présentation du poste
Compétences personnelles : Capacité à effectuer de nombreux déplacements sur le terrain (60 à 70 %) dans des contextes parfois précaires. Leadership, rigueur et engagement absolu envers la sauvegarde des enfants. Expérience demandée : Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans le secteur EAH à un niveau de gestion, en contextes humanitaires ou de développement. Expérience avérée en réponse d’urgence (Ebola, choléra), en supervision de travaux de construction et en rédaction de propositions de financement supérieures à 1 million USD. Instructions
