- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente
- Au moins 3 années de gestion d’une importante subvention internationale d’au moins 10 millions USD
- Niveau de positionnement : Associate Director Compétences techniques :
- Leadership stratégique et opérationnel
- Gestion de bailleur et pilotage de la performance
- Gestion financière et gouvernance
- Maîtrise des procédures et exigences des bailleurs internationaux (notamment Fondation Gates)
Responsabilités
- Capacité à gérer un portefeuille complexe avec responsabilité budgétaire stratégique Compétences personnelles :
- Maturité, autorité et jugement stratégique
- Capacité à opérer à la fois dans le détail et au niveau stratégique
- Leadership visible et capacité à donner une orientation claire
- Excellence en communication et représentation institutionnelle
- Capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes nationales et provinciales Expérience demandée :
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience professionnelle pertinente
- Au moins 3 ans de gestion de subvention internationale d’au moins 10 millions USD
- Expérience avérée dans le secteur de la santé reproductive ou du développement
- Expérience de travail avec des bailleurs internationaux, particulièrement la Fondation Gates
- Disposition à effectuer des déplacements réguliers dans les provinces d’intervention Instructions
