Natural State recherche un Training Admissions and Engagement Coordinator pour son centre de recherche. Ce poste à temps plein, basé au Kenya, est rattaché au département Leadership and Learning et joue un rôle clé dans l'administration et la coordination des programmes et du parcours des participants.
Le coordonnateur sera responsable de la gestion des admissions et des inscriptions, de l'engagement des participants, des relations avec les universités et partenaires d'apprentissage, de l'administration des bourses et des systèmes de gestion des apprenants. Il travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le responsable du centre et les différentes unités du département, ainsi qu'avec les équipes de collecte de fonds, de communication et de partenariats.
Les
incluent la gestion des candidatures, l'accueil et l'accompagnement des participants, le maintien de dossiers précis, la coordination des communications avant, pendant et après les programmes, ainsi que le soutien aux activités de promotion et de recrutement. Le titulaire du poste assurera également la liaison avec les institutions académiques, gérera le fonds de bourses de formation, administrera les plateformes d'apprentissage et fournira un soutien administratif au responsable du centre.
Le candidat idéal justifie d'au moins cinq ans d'expérience dans l'administration de programmes de formation, l'admission, l'engagement des participants ou un poste de coordination similaire. Une excellente maîtrise des outils numériques, de solides compétences organisationnelles et une capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités sont indispensables. Un diplôme de licence ou une qualification équivalente dans un domaine pertinent est requis, mais les candidats titulaires d'un diplôme professionnel accompagné d'une expérience substantielle seront également considérés.
