La mission devra aboutir à la mise à disposition de méthodologies, curricula, procédures, outils de gestion des cohortes, dispositifs de mentorat, tableaux de bord et mécanismes de suivi alignés sur la méthodologie timbuktoo, le parcours VIRAL et le cadre IMM. Période de mission/services (le cas échéant) : La durée totale de la mission est estimée à 240 jours ouvrables, à réaliser sur une période de 12 mois. La proposition doit être soumise directement sur le portail au plus tard à la septembre 2026 Toute demande de clarification doit être envoyée par écrit via la fonctionnalité de messagerie du portail. Le PNUD répondra par écrit, y compris une explication de la demande sans identifier la source de la demande.
