Job Summary The Branch Manager will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Yaoundé branch, supporting institutional onboarding, driving subscription and partnership targets, and supervising field teams and brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to manage people, develop institutional relationships, and ensure branch targets are achieved Missions / Responsibilities / Activities
Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Yaoundé branch. Execute institutional onboarding activities within the assigned branch territory. Identify and develop relationships with potential institutional partners and merchants. Coordinate with field agents and brand ambassadors to achieve subscription and onboarding targets. Supervise and support field staff to ensure effective execution of their act Job Requirements Professional Experience 3–5 years of professional experience. Previous experience in sales, business development, customer acquisition, team supervision, branch operations, or relationship management is preferred. Previous management or supervisory experience is an advantage. Technical Skills Basic computer proficiency. Ability to use Microsoft Office and other basic digital tools. Familiarity with AI tools and digital platforms. Ability to prepare basic reports and maintain Applicant profile
