À propos de vous et du poste En tant que Superviseur des Installations, vous jouerez un rôle opérationnel essentiel dans la maintenance du site, en veillant au bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes liées aux installations et en contribuant au confort ainsi qu'à mobility of staff and visitors. Develop and implement proactive facility management strategies consistent with operations development plans, including anticipating infrastructure needs, planning maintenance activities, and collaborating with operations, safety, and engineering teams to ensure that the distribution center remains fully operational, scalable, and compliant with quality and safety standards. Perform daily inspections of facilities, monitor infrastructure (electricity, water, workspaces) and ensure the operational availability of the site. Supervise the cleanliness of the site, minor maintenance work and organization of workspaces. Coordinate driver schedules and manage vehicle availability to support staff travel and service activities. Organize and track transportation logistics for staff, visitors and essential services. Manage the provisions relating à accommodation of employees on the move and ensure à offer them a comfortable stay. Supervise support staff and drivers with guidance on tasks à to carry out as well as daily operational support. Participate in recruitment and à Integration of drivers and support staff. Conduct regular one-on-one interviews, provide on-the-ground support and contribute to performance evaluations. Respond quickly to problems related to facilities, transport or occupant comfort and report them to the Operations Manager of the distribution center when necessary. Contribute to security initiatives and ensure à that all facilities meet health, safety and operational requirements. Diploma, HND, professional certificate or diploma of higher education. Prior experience in facility management and administration, including maintenance planning, response organization and team management. Strong skills in data collection, analysis and reporting, with a good command of IT tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.). Holder of a valid driver’s license and able to drive a vehicle à Manual gearbox. Fluency in English is an asset. Other important information Be legally permitted à Working in Ivory Coast. This is a post à full-time based in a distribution center, offered under contract for one year.
