Chrilan Technology Limited is looking for a motivated and reliable IT Support Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical support to clients, assist with system setup, troubleshoot IT-related issues, and support the smooth operation of our software and services. Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to clients. Assist with software setup, configuration and troubleshooting. Respond to client support requests through phone, email and remote support tools. Help diagnose hardware, network, internet and software-related issues. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team. Maintain clear records of support issues and resolutions. Support system updates, resets and basic user training where required. Ensure professional and timely communication with clients.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 Certificate. Diploma in I.T or related field. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting. Good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues quickly. Good customer service attitude. Willingness to learn and follow technical procedures. Must be reliable, organised and professional.
Added Advantage
Experience in IT support, software support or helpdesk support. Knowledge of POS systems, accounting systems or invoicing systems. Experience using remote support tools. Basic understanding of databases or APIs.
