Helen Keller Intl recrute un Manager, Program Delivery (Systèmes alimentaires) à Kinshasa.
Dans le cadre du programme Transforming Lives Through Nutrition en République démocratique du Congo, le Manager Program Delivery aura pour mission de coordonner les interventions liées aux systèmes alimentaires et à la nutrition.
Type de contrat : CDD de 7 mois renouvelable.
Une licence (Bachelor's degree) est exigée. Un master en agriculture, en nutrition, en sciences sociales ou une certification technique pertinente constitue un atout.
Compétences techniques : bonne connaissance des systèmes et outils MEAL appliqués aux programmes de systèmes alimentaires ou de nutrition ; expérience dans la contribution à l'élaboration de propositions de projets destinées à des bailleurs de fonds institutionnels majeurs.
Compétences personnelles : capacité à bâtir la confiance en tenant ses engagements ; contribution à façonner et faire progresser l'orientation d'une fonction ou d'un pays en clarifiant les priorités et en gérant le changement avec clarté et résilience ; bonnes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
Expérience demandée : 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente, dont au moins 2 ans en gestion de projets. Bonne maîtrise du français ; la connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
