Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des Opérations, le/la titulaire du poste pilote la fonction ressources humaines de Kenbright Holdings Limited et de ses filiales. Ce rôle combine une contribution stratégique – élaboration des politiques RH, planification des effectifs et développement des compétences organisationnelles – avec une prise en charge opérationnelle complète du cycle de vie des collaborateurs.
Le/la titulaire est également le/la garant/e des dossiers d'emploi de l'entreprise, le/la rédacteur/trice principal/e des communications internes destinées au personnel, et l'interlocuteur/trice privilégié/e en matière de santé et de sécurité au travail. Il/elle maintient à jour le manuel des politiques et procédures RH et veille à ce que les pratiques en la matière soient conformes à la législation en vigueur.

Licence en gestion des ressources humaines, administration des affaires, sciences sociales ou domaine connexe.
Diplôme national supérieur en gestion des ressources humaines, ou certification CHRP, ou qualification professionnelle équivalente.
Membre actif de l'Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) avec certificat d'exercice en cours de validité.
Au moins six (6) ans d'expérience progressive en ressources humaines, dont au moins deux (2) ans à un niveau d'encadrement ou de gestion.
