- Position: ICT Officer II (Systems Analyst)
- Number of positions: 1 The application window will remain open from September 1, 2026, through September 14, 2026.
Responsabilités
- Remuneration: PPRA 5 Duties and responsibilities The ICT Officer II (Systems Analyst) will undertake the following responsibilities:
Participating in systems analysis, business process analysis and requirements gathering for information systems.
- Preparing system specifications, technical documentation and user manuals.
Formation / Diplômes
- Participating in system testing, implementation, maintenance and the continuous improvement of information systems.
- Providing technical support to users and participating in user training and awareness programmes.
- Participating in business process re-engineering and digital transformation initiatives.
- Participating in data analysis, system integration and quality assurance activities.
- Assessing system performance to identify areas for enhancement and proposing targeted improvement strategies. Any additional official responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor shall be executed as required. Qualifications Candidates are required to possess a bachelor’s degree in one of the specified fields.

- Business Information Systems An acceptable alternative qualification from a recognized institution of higher education is required. The ideal candidate should demonstrate either theoretical understanding or hands-on experience in the following areas:
