About the role Responsibilities include operating and maintaining machinery, performing autonomous maintenance, ensuring quality at source, and assisting the Asset Care team with maintenance tasks. Top Accountabilities:

• Startup, Operates, shutdown and monitors the equipment performance according to the SOP
• Adheres to Environment, Health and Safety procedures and standards
• Capture accurate data and update on provided reporting platforms
• Maintain high standards of hygiene by keeping the equipment and surrounding areas clean

Deliver product that meets all quality requirements and performing Quality at Source Tasks

• Run equipment in compliance with the design parameters
• Ensuring quality and food safety requirement are through embedding quality and food safety culture in Ways of working.
• Responsible for the proper maintenance and safe operation of all machinery under his/her control.
• Conducts look-listen-feel inspections of the equipment and initiate work requests (Condition Based Monitoring) Deliverable KPI:
• Number of cases produced within quality standards as per site target
• The total number of cases produced must align precisely with the established plan.
• Machine Hygiene & surroundings 5S score>90%
• The initial hour’s online production volume, as well as following a system startup and changeover, must be measured.
• Changeover efficiency should be tracked using the Standard Unit Time for Changeover (SUTRA) metric. Streamline machine uptime in alignment with established maturity level benchmarks to minimize operational disruptions.
• 100% PM completion rate
• 100% Adherence to SIC
• Material usage Vs Plan
• Bottle breakage % Vs AOP
• Water usage Vs AOP
• Reduce number of reworks/rejection
• 100% PPE compliance
• 100% completion 5whys in a shift
• Beer Loss reduction Vs AOP

100% Bottle Cleanliness Experience/skills required: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in mechanical engineering or a related field is required. A qualification in a relevant engineering field will be considered beneficial. Seeking candidates with at least one year of practical experience in operations, maintenance, process control, and performance measurement within a brewery or beverage/food production setting.
