• Complete field reporting on a weekly basis and provide support with information sharing for donor reporting and proposal writing as might be required;

Engage in weekly staff meetings and cluster team gatherings to present ongoing challenges, successes, and proposed action plans for advancement. Prepare and submit weekly financial reports, ensuring all submissions and accountabilities are accurately communicated to the Project Manager. Capture and submit high-quality photographs to be cataloged within the designated data repository. Conducts systematic monitoring and evaluation of programs, projects, or initiatives to assess performance, track progress, and ensure alignment with established objectives and metrics. Seeking candidates who meet the following essential qualifications: a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of hands-on experience in a comparable role, proficiency with industry-standard software tools, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are highly advantageous.
