AB Bank Zambia recrute un Legal Counsel pour renforcer son équipe juridique. Ce poste s'adresse à un professionnel du droit expérimenté, capable de gérer des dossiers complexes au sein d'une institution financière.
Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la gestion des litiges, des différends et des procédures judiciaires liés aux activités de la banque. Il devra également suivre l'évolution de la législation et des réglementations, mener des recherches juridiques approfondies, examiner les procédures internes et fournir des avis juridiques et des rapports à la Direction Juridique et au Secrétaire Général de la Société.
Parmi les missions clés, on retrouve la rédaction, la révision, la négociation et le conseil sur les contrats et autres documents juridiques. Le titulaire du poste devra également formuler des opinions juridiques, évaluer les politiques et procédures, et élaborer divers documents légaux selon les besoins.
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat doit justifier d'au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire au sein d'une institution financière ou d'un cabinet d'avocats, ainsi que de 3 ans d'admission au barreau. Un diplôme en droit et le statut d'Avocat de la Haute Cour de Zambie sont indispensables. D'excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite, une capacité d'analyse et de réflexion critique, ainsi qu'un strict respect des principes de gouvernance d'entreprise sont également requis.
