Développer un vivier de talents et effectuer du recrutement porte-à-porte. Constituer et maintenir des bases de données de candidats pour les postes actuels et futurs dans les ventes et opérations de loterie.
Expérience candidat : gérer la communication avec les candidats, coordonner les entretiens et assurer une intégration fluide des nouvelles recrues.
Image de marque employeur : représenter l'entreprise de manière professionnelle afin d'attirer des candidats de qualité sur le marché du travail zambien.
Conformité en matière d'embauche : veiller à ce que toutes les activités de recrutement soient conformes aux lois du travail zambiennes et aux politiques d'embauche de l'entreprise.
