Image de marque employeur : représenter l'entreprise de manière professionnelle afin d'attirer des candidats de qualité sur le marché du travail zambien.
Conformité en matière d'embauche : veiller à ce que toutes les activités de recrutement soient conformes aux lois du travail zambiennes et aux politiques d'embauche de l'entreprise.
