• Responsible for the management and improvement of production processes specific to each region, including identification and communication of areas of opportunity, the meeting daily production targets, as well as the identification and execution of planned improvements.
• Includes schedules, products, materials, requirements in product quality, in order to manage the performance of lines and key performance indicators in the context of the expenditure budget labour and exploitation.

Responsibilities

• High school diploma or license in an operational field of study, engineering, trade, management or related.

• Knowledge of food packaging principles, requirements and quality and food safety in the food industry, performance of ingredients and interactions with equipment, sanitation procedures, statistical control of processes, critical control points and dynamics expansion of new products
• Demonstrate strong management and leadership skills to motivate a diverse manufacturing team.
• Project management skills are needed
• A solid IT base, preferably for MS applications are necessary
• Must have a demonstrated ability to work in an results-oriented and demanding environment
