Territory Business Lead (TBL) - Nairobi

Roles/Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales, revenue and volume targets. Lead, coach and motivate sales teams to deliver consistent territory performance. Drive sales growth through distributors, wholesalers, retailers, key accounts and other trade channels. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market coverage and increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers and strategic customers. Monitor territory performance, market trends and competitor activities and recommend appropriate actions. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, reports and performance analyses for management decision-making. Ensure product availability, effective distribution, market visibility and collections across the assigned territory.
Profile:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field from a recognized university. Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Proven experience in FMCG sales and distribution, with a strong understanding of the Kenyan market. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.

Human Resource Officer (HRO)
Job Type: Full Time | Qualification: BA/BSc/HND, Diploma | Experience: 5 years | Location: Nairobi | Job Field: Human Resources / HR
Roles/Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records. Coordinate staff recruitment, selection and onboarding processes. Implement HR policies, procedures and guidelines across the institution. Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices. Conduct regular market visits and monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs. Ensure effective product distribution, availability, merchandising and visibility across assigned territories. Handle employee relations, welfare and workplace concerns professionally. Support performance management, staff development and training initiatives. Maintain proper HR documentation, reports and confidential personnel records. Advise management on HR matters, workforce planning and institutional development.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field from a recognized university. Candidates aged 30–40 years, with high integrity, confidentiality and professionalism, who are willing to reside in Embu or Kirinyaga. Proven practical experience in Human Resource Management. At least 5 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership or commercial management position. Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and labour regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative, organizational and record-keeping abilities. Good conflict-resolution, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Team collaboration and coordination skills. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems. Strong problem-solving and evaluation skills. Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
