To ensure sustained success and continuous advancement, the Headteacher will uphold the delivery of exceptional, individualized learning experiences for every student while elevating academic standards and overall performance across all facets of the school’s operations. Conducting proactive outreach initiatives forms a critical component of this role, involving the identification and engagement of prospective partners, clients, or stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial relationships. This position demands a strategic approach to communication, ensuring tailored messaging and consistent follow-up to drive engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis, with proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing cash flow, conducting audits, and providing insights to support executive decisions. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred. We will share joint accountability for the school’s budget and expenditure budget with the SSO. Co-signs all school-related financial accounts in collaboration with the School Support and Services Office (SSO). Responsible for the preparation and oversight of all financial management reports and data for the school, as directed by the SSO from time to time. Compiles and ranks departmental resource needs to ensure optimal allocation and utilization. Ensures adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards through the implementation of robust governance frameworks. Develops and maintains governance documentation, including charters, policies, and procedures, while facilitating board and committee meetings. Monitors compliance with governance best practices and identifies areas for improvement to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborates with leadership to align governance strategies with business objectives and promotes a culture of accountability and transparency throughout the organization. Collaborates with the PEAS National office, Board of Governors, Parents-Teachers Association, and SSO to establish and execute strategies aimed at achieving ambitious school objectives. Assists the Senior Security Screening Officer (SSO) in evaluating and identifying suitable candidates for both teaching and non-teaching roles within the organization. Collaborate effectively with the Network team to support and enhance its operations and strategic objectives. Provide expertise and assistance to ensure seamless connectivity, robust performance, and the implementation of best practices across the organization’s infrastructure. Engage in proactive problem-solving to address technical challenges, optimize network efficiency, and maintain high availability and security standards.
