** Maintenir des données précises de coûts et de prix des produits dans les opérations de transformation et de vente au détail de viande de Mika Meats, en veillant à ce que tous les coûts, y compris les matières premières, les rendements de production, la main-d'œuvre et les frais généraux, soient correctement saisis et reflétés dans les décisions de prix et les rapports de gestion.
Responsabilités clés :
Préparer et maintenir les coûts standard des produits pour tous les produits carnés, y compris les articles frais, transformés et emballés.
Suivre les écarts de production hebdomadaires et les saisir dans Sage avec une documentation et un rapprochement appropriés.
Analyser les écarts entre les coûts de production réels et les coûts standard, et rapporter les résultats à la direction.
Préparer et présenter des rapports hebdomadaires sur les écarts de production, en mettant en évidence les informations clés et les impacts financiers.
Soutenir les révisions de prix, en veillant à ce que les prix reflètent les coûts de production, les conditions du marché et les objectifs de rentabilité.
Effectuer des analyses de coûts pour les processus de production, en identifiant les domaines de réduction des coûts.
Collaborer avec les équipes de production et d'exploitation pour comprendre les facteurs de coûts et les inefficacités.

Saisies de coûts dans Sage, saisies d'écarts et rapports de coûts.
Validation des prix de vente au détail et analyse des marges de vente via Alien POS.

Licence en comptabilité ou en finance.
3 ans ou plus d'expérience en calcul des coûts de produits ou en comptabilité de gestion.
