Key Duties And Responsibilities

To maintain the secure storage, proper handling, and correct usage of all chemicals, safeguarding both themselves and their colleagues from potential hazards associated with improper or unsafe practices.
To uphold proper adherence to safety protocols, all personnel must consistently utilize the designated personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, steel-toe boots, safety goggles, face masks, or protective headgear.
The Stewarding team is responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards across all hotel surfaces, areas, and operational equipment under its supervision. This role involves thorough cleaning and upkeep of these areas to ensure compliance with the hotel’s stringent hygiene protocols.
To regularly empty and sanitize waste bins and designated areas in accordance with established schedules to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met. Exit pathways must remain unobstructed at all times to guarantee safe and efficient evacuation in emergencies.
To maintain impeccable cleanliness in all dishwashing areas and equipment consistently, while coordinating with the engineering team to address any maintenance needs.
You will assume a pivotal and proactive role in advancing the hotel’s energy conservation initiatives and environmental policies, driving both strategic direction and practical implementation.
Other responsibilities may include the completion of additional tasks as assigned by management.
