You will collaborate effectively with local communities, non-governmental organizations, and government entities to foster partnerships and facilitate project implementation. You will monitor and evaluate social performance metrics across the entire project duration, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting.
Additionally, you will conduct a thorough assessment of potential social risks associated with project execution and develop strategic recommendations to mitigate identified concerns. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive resettlement action plans and designing stakeholder engagement frameworks to ensure effective and inclusive implementation. You will engage in collaborative partnerships with nearby communities, non-governmental organizations, and governmental bodies to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
You will track and document social performance metrics throughout each phase of the project to ensure ongoing evaluation and transparency. A postgraduate degree is required for this position, demonstrating advanced academic qualifications in a relevant field.
