Responsabilités clés :
Fournir un support technique de première ligne aux clients. Aider à la configuration, au dépannage et à la mise en place des logiciels. Répondre aux demandes de support des clients par téléphone, e-mail et outils de support à distance. Aider à diagnostiquer les problèmes matériels, réseau, internet et logiciels. Escalader les problèmes techniques complexes à l'équipe appropriée. Tenir des registres clairs des problèmes de support et des résolutions. Soutenir les mises à jour système, les réinitialisations et la formation de base des utilisateurs si nécessaire. Assurer une communication professionnelle et rapide avec les clients.
Exigences minimales :
Certificat de 12e année. Diplôme en informatique ou domaine connexe. Connaissances de base en matériel informatique, logiciels, réseaux et dépannage. Bonnes compétences en communication. Capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre rapidement les problèmes. Bonne attitude de service à la clientèle. Volonté d'apprendre et de suivre les procédures techniques. Doit être fiable, organisé et professionnel.
Atouts supplémentaires :
Expérience en support informatique, support logiciel ou support helpdesk. Connaissance des systèmes de point de vente (POS), des systèmes comptables ou de facturation. Expérience avec les outils de support à distance. Compréhension de base des bases de données ou des API.
