Job Description Drive DFS Business Growth Devise and implement tailored strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition rates, transaction volumes, and revenue generation across all digital and other available channels in Morocco. Expand Mobile and Internet Banking Adoption Drive adoption of mobile and internet banking solutions among retail, SME, and corporate customers by spearheading onboarding initiatives and fostering engagement. Grow Merchant Acquiring Business To source, onboard, and oversee merchants for POS, KCB LISA, and online payment acceptance solutions with the objective of expanding card and digital payment adoption. Develop Agency Banking Network To cultivate strategic alliances with agency banking partners, oversee their recruitment, onboarding, and training processes, and ensure their continued development to enhance financial service accessibility and drive transaction growth. Build Strategic Partnerships Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate entities, financial service providers, tourism industry stakeholders, and local community groups to accelerate the adoption of digital financial services. Market Intelligence and Opportunity Identification Conduct a thorough evaluation of market trends, competitor actions, customer behavior patterns, and potential opportunities to guide the development of strategic growth initiatives. Manage Sales Pipeline and Business Development Activities Identify and cultivate potential clients, deliver persuasive sales presentations, engage in strategic negotiations to finalize commercial agreements, and successfully secure business deals for DFS offerings. Monitor Performance and Deliver Growth Targets Monitor and analyze critical performance metrics such as customer acquisition rates, active user counts, transaction volumes, merchant expansion, agent efficiency, and revenue streams. Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution Collaborate effectively with various business units, operational, technology, risk & compliance, marketing, and branch teams to facilitate seamless implementation and adoption of DFS solutions. A bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or an equivalent field is required for this position.
