MONITORING AND EVALUATION ANALYST – KITWE The Occupational Health and Safety Institute (OHSI) invites applications for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and validate data for institutional programmes, inspections, training and research.
  • Maintain the monitoring and evaluation database.
  • Analyse trends and produce evidence for decision-making.
  • Develop M&E frameworks, indicators, tools and reporting schedules.
  • Conduct programme monitoring and evaluations.

Prepare quarterly and annual performance reports. Requirements:

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Demography or equivalent.

Expérience

  • At least three years’ relevant work experience.
  • Membership with a relevant professional body.
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive analytical reports.
