] BRED Madagascar recrute un(e) Expert des Opérations Internationales (H/F). Poste basé à Antananarivo. .
[MISSIONS]
- Contribuer à la montée en compétence et à la formation des agents
- Aider l'équipe à s'approprier les techniques et méthodes de travail nouvelles ou complexes
- Accompagner les nouveaux arrivants dans leur intégration et développer la polyvalence par le compagnonnage
- Assurer l'assistance des équipes commerciales dans le traitement des opérations complexes
- Traiter les dossiers complexes dans le respect des règles de sécurité, de conformité, de maîtrise des risques, de délais et de qualité
- Apporter un conseil après-vente aux équipes commerciales
- Assurer et valider le traitement des opérations du service
- Superviser les traitements réalisés par un pool de techniciens
- Assurer un rôle de relais managérial auprès de l'équipe et suppléer le Responsable en cas d'absence
- Relayer aux équipes commerciales toute information importante concernant la clientèle : opportunités, dysfonctionnements, incidents, alertes ou opérations suspectes
- Veiller à la sécurité des opérations traitées et proposer des axes d'amélioration

- Bac+4 en gestion ou commerce international
- Expérience de 3 ans au moins dans un poste équivalent
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des applications métiers
