Ingénieur Réseau et Télécoms (Bac+5);
Expérience
- 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans le domaine.
Bonne connaissance de l'architecture et des fonctionnalités du SI de l'entreprise;
- Maîtrise des réseaux (switch ING);
- Maîtrise des protocoles de routages dynamiques (OSPF, RIP, BGP, etc.);
- Notions en management de projets;
- Maîtrise des notions de sécurité des réseaux (Firewall, ACL, etc.);
- Bonne connaissance des technologies télécoms et Internet;
- Notions des systèmes d'exploitation Windows Server. Qualités personnelles
- Sens de l'organisation;
- Capacité d'écoute et de communication;
- Gestion du stress;
- Disponibilité.
Administrer et optimiser les infrastructures réseaux LAN/WAN (routeurs, commutateurs, pare-feu, Wi-Fi, téléphonie et services associés);
- Assurer la disponibilité des services réseaux via la maintenance préventive, le traitement des incidents et le support technique de niveau 2;
- Superviser les performances et les évolutions du réseau, effectuer les contrôles périodiques et produire les tableaux de bord et rapports d'activité;
- Contrôler les prestations de télécommunications (conformité des factures, respect des niveaux de service, pénalités contractuelles);
