Easywinbet is currently seeking a proactive and dynamic Field Recruiter to join our HR Team based in Lusaka, Zambia. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site recruitment initiatives by engaging with local communities, markets, institutions, and employment centers to identify potential candidates. Additionally, coordinate and participate in job fairs and community outreach programs to enhance recruitment efforts. We will promote open positions using flyers, posters, door-to-door outreach, and engagement with community leaders. Our team will review applications, conduct in-person interviews, and administer skills assessments. Additionally, we will cultivate partnerships with community groups to identify top talent and work closely with training managers to align staffing requirements. Requirements: Earned a Grade 12 Certificate, fulfilling a minimum requirement of five credits, one of which must be English. Revised Version: A certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a closely related field is required.
