Suivre les indicateurs de production : tonnage, productivité, temps de cycle, etc. ; Analyser les écarts entre les objectifs planifiés et les réalisations ; Produire les rapports quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels de production ; Collecter, consolider et analyser les données opérationnelles ; Utiliser les outils d’analyse pour identifier les tendances et les écarts ; Proposer des solutions d’amélioration basées sur les données ; Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des performances ; Contribuer à l’optimisation des opérations de production minière.
Bac+4/5 en Génie Minier ou discipline équivalente ; 2 à 6 ans d’expérience en opérations minières ; Une expérience en mine à ciel ouvert est souhaitée ; Bonne compréhension des opérations minières et des cycles de production ; Maîtrise d’Excel et des outils d’analyse de données ; Connaissance des logiciels miniers tels que RPM Global HaulSim, CAI FPC, CAT VIMS , etc. 10 à 44 personnes PME/PMI Côte d'ivoire
