Ce que ce poste implique En tant que consultant national ou cabinet basé en RDC, vous serez missionné pour des mandats ponctuels auprès d'organisations (ONG, bailleurs, ministères). Au quotidien, cela signifie piloter des études de terrain, animer des ateliers avec les parties prenantes locales, et produire des livrables concrets (rapports, formations). Vous travaillez en autonomie, souvent en déplacement dans les provinces, et devez gérer votre temps entre recherche documentaire et collecte de données sur le terrain.
Compétences clés à mettre en avant
- Maîtrise des méthodes de recherche qualitative/quantitative (enquêtes, focus groups)
- Excellente connaissance du contexte socio-économique et administratif de la RDC (provinces ciblées)
- Capacité à rédiger des rapports en français clair et structuré
- Expérience avérée en gestion de projet avec des partenaires internationaux (UN, UE, USAID)
- Maîtrise des langues locales (Lingala, Swahili) est un atout majeur
