Qualifications requises : Diplôme d’études supérieures (MD, RN, MPH, PhD) en médecine, santé publique ou domaine connexe. Diplôme ou formation certifiante en Prévention et Contrôle des infections. Maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et parlé (bilingue anglais/français de préférence), bonne maîtrise du Swahili.
Formation / Diplômes
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Microsoft Word, PowerPoint et Excel. Connaissance de la formation en ligne et de l’enseignement à distance. Expérience dans la gestion de projets financés par le gouvernement américain (un plus). Compétences personnelles : Solides compétences en communication, diplomatie et animation. Capacité à coordonner les parties prenantes. Capacité à maintenir la confidentialité et à travailler sous pression.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience clinique en milieu hospitalier ou dans la mise en œuvre de projets PCI pertinents en santé publique. Expérience des programmes PCI en RDC requise. Expérience de travail en environnements à faibles ressources requise. Une expertise en amélioration formelle de la qualité serait un plus. Instructions
