** Le/La Responsable de Formation joue un rôle clé dans le bon fonctionnement du cabinet de formation en assurant un soutien administratif, organisationnel et logistique à la direction et aux équipes. Il/Elle veille à l’efficacité des processus internes et à la coordination des activités de formation. Identification des besoins en formation : Établir une relation de confiance avec les clients pour mieux comprendre leurs besoins en formation. Analyser les besoins en formation en étroite collaboration avec les clients. Élaborer des plans de formation alignés sur les objectifs stratégiques de l'entreprise.
