We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team at Grace Family Health Centre. Clinical Officer – 2 Positions Job Summary: The Clinical Officer will provide comprehensive clinical services, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and health education while ensuring high standards of patient care. Key Responsibilities: Assess patients, take medical histories, and conduct physical examinations. Diagnose and manage common medical conditions. Prescribe and administer appropriate treatment within professional scope. Provide preventive, promotive, and curative healthcare services. Refer patients requiring specialized care. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Provide health education and counselling to patients and families. Work closely with nurses, laboratory, pharmacy, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or equivalent. Valid registration and practicing licence with the relevant professional council. Relevant clinical experience is an advantage. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
