Nous recherchons un Project Manager expérimenté pour superviser et diriger des projets de construction de leur conception à leur achèvement, en veillant à ce que les projets soient livrés dans les délais, dans le respect du budget et selon les normes de qualité les plus élevées.
Responsabilités clés :
Examiner les plans de projet pour planifier les livrables et estimer les coûts. Coordonner et diriger les ouvriers du bâtiment, les sous-traitants et le personnel de chantier. Suivre l'avancement du projet, préparer des rapports internes et externes et gérer les risques. Veiller à ce que toutes les activités sur site soient conformes aux normes de santé, de sécurité et réglementaires. Assurer la liaison avec les clients, les parties prenantes et les autorités réglementaires.
Qualifications et expérience :
Formation : Licence en génie électrique, mécanique ou civil d'une institution reconnue. Enregistrement professionnel : doit détenir un certificat d'exercice valide et une adhésion actuelle à l'EIZ (preuve requise). Expérience : minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projet dans le secteur de la construction, de l'énergie ou des infrastructures. Certification : une certification PMP ou équivalente est un atout supplémentaire.
Documents requis :
CV détaillé et signé. Copies certifiées des diplômes académiques. Copie du certificat d'adhésion EIZ valide et de la licence d'exercice. Copie de la NRC/Passeport.
