Qualifications requises : Licence (Bachelor) en Psychologie, Travail Social, Études de Genre, Santé Publique, Soins Infirmiers ou dans un domaine connexe. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des procédures opérationnelles standard nationales relatives aux VBG et à la Protection de l’Enfance, gestion clinique du viol, soutien psychosocial et Premiers Secours Psychologiques. Compétences personnelles : Capacité à travailler en environnements humanitaires instables, sens de l’écoute, empathie, rigueur, aptitude au travail en équipe et à la coordination.
Expérience
Expérience demandée : Au moins 3 à 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans les domaines des VBG, de la protection de l’enfance, du soutien en santé mentale et psychosociale ou des programmes de protection en contextes humanitaires. Instructions
