Localisation : Kinshasa, République Démocratique du Congo.

Objet : Recrutement d’un Officer Program Delivery pour coordonner les activités de recherche et d’apprentissage soutenant le programme national de Supplémentation en Vitamine A (SVA) en RDC.
Type de contrat : CDD – 1 an renouvelable.

** Qualifications requises : Licence (Bachelor’s degree) au minimum en santé publique, épidémiologie, statistiques, sciences sociales ou qualification équivalente.
Expérience : Compétences techniques : Bonne connaissance des programmes de supplémentation en vitamine A, de nutrition ou de santé maternelle et infantile ; expérience avérée dans la rédaction d’articles scientifiques et de rapports techniques ; maîtrise des outils d’analyse statistique (STATA, R, SPSS, NVivo). Compétences personnelles : Capacité à bâtir la confiance en tenant ses engagements ; capacité à résoudre les défis méthodologiques et opérationnels avec un haut niveau d’autonomie ; excellente communication. Expérience demandée : Au moins 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans la conception et la mise en œuvre d’activités de recherche ou d’évaluation. Excellente maîtrise du français et bonne maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais.
