Nous recherchons un Expert Analyste ayant une expertise sur l'outil Dynatrace pour assurer le suivi du RUN et contribuer aux activités d'amélioration continue. Vous interviendrez notamment sur : - Support du pilotage 7/7 et 24h/24
- Suivi des traitements et résolution des anomalies techniques
- Gestion des supervisions et incidents, suivis des cellules de crise
- Contributions aux changements, mises en production et évolutions Dynatrace GEN 3 Environnement technique : mainframe, systèmes µSoft, UNIX, Linux, Oracle, DB2. Une expertise sur Dynatrace est demandée.
