People & Culture Administrator – 2 Positions Right to Care Zambia is recruiting People & Culture Administrators for Luapula and Muchinga provinces.

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or a related field.

Expérience

At least three years of human-resource administration experience. Paid-up membership of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management. Added Advantages A relevant bachelor’s degree.

Formation / Diplômes

Experience with HR information systems and payroll administration. Experience in an NGO or donor-funded environment. Key Responsibilities Support recruitment and employee lifecycle administration. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Prepare payroll inputs and provide employee support. Support performance management, leave administration and HR reporting.
